Please join us to create unique gifts for area Alzheimer patients. A fidget quilt is a lap blanket that provides sensory and tactile stimulation for the restless hands of someone with Alzheimer's and/or other forms of dementia. As patients lose their cognitive abilities, they often need something to keep their hands busy. These blankets will provide a zipper to move and loops of trim to slide fingers in and out of. Anyone is welcome, all materials will be provided!
